From first meeting to handover
Office meeting
60 minutes with an architect: we discuss your plot, lifestyle, and budget. We show timber samples, hardware, and finishing options. A site visit within Tashkent is free.
Sketch design
In 3–7 days we prepare 2–3 layout options with facades. The sketch fee goes toward the construction contract — you don't pay twice.
Production & assembly
We build the kit at our own workshop in Parkent district. Delivery and on-site assembly take 14 days for a standard project, 1–3 months for a custom build.
Finishing & service
We deliver to "shell & roof" or "turnkey" — plumbing, electrics, heating, final finishes. After handover we stay in touch with annual inspections, treatment, and adjustments.

In-person architect consultation at our office, sketch design, adaptation of a standard project to your plot, full custom design (architectural, structural, and MEP). A series of meetings — no email chains.

Slab, strip, or pile-and-grillage foundation — we pick the right one for your soil. Can be ordered separately if you want to prepare the base in advance.
Discuss the foundationKit production
A house kit from glued or profiled timber, or a frame — manufactured at our workshop in Kumyshkon. Dry material, precise cuts, factory quality.
On-site assembly
Shell and roof in 2–6 weeks depending on size. Our crew works with timber, follows the joint details, and checks geometry at every stage.
Finishing & MEP
Electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and final finishes. We hand over "shell & first fix" or "turnkey" — your choice. All work is done by our crews, no subcontractors.
Landscape & site works
Terraces, canopies, gazebos, fences, retaining walls. Built in the same style as the house so the plot looks like one composition.
Annual maintenance
Yearly visit: structural inspection, antiseptic treatment, adjustment of windows and doors, check of the roof and MEP systems. A house lasts for decades — we stay in touch.
