About the workshop
Twelve years, eighty homes, one team.
We started in 2021 with a single project in the Bostanlyk District. Over twelve years we grew into a small workshop of twenty specialists — architects, engineers, carpenters, and finish craftspeople. We never subcontract: every home is built by one crew from foundation to handover.
Pine, spruce, oak — materials from European and Karakalpak forests, FSC-certified. Our glulam timber comes from a single Munich factory we've worked with since 2017. The wood is kiln-dried to twelve percent moisture before fabrication.
We build slowly. One home takes eight to fourteen months depending on the area. That doesn't mean we work less — we simply don't rush, because timber construction doesn't forgive haste.
Oltinbel Resort Complex
Our cottages are located within the Oltinbel mountain resort — a large-scale project in the scenic Kumushkon area, Parkent district, Tashkent region.
The complex spans 47.6 hectares and includes a leisure zone, ski slopes, restaurants, hotels, and a cottage village.
Our Lot 6 — Cottage Village (10.65 Ha) features three types of chalet houses:
